Yes. Individuals may refer themselves by calling us directly or completing the referral form on our Make a Referral page.
Yes. Family members, healthcare providers, therapists, probation officers, caseworkers, and community partners may all refer individuals to UBH using our referral page.
Our team reviews referrals daily. You will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss next steps and schedule an appointment or screening.
Your first appointment focuses on understanding your needs, history, goals, and strengths. We will discuss what brought you to UBH, answer your questions, and help determine the best level of care. This is a safe, judgment-free conversation.
Yes. UBH follows HIPAA regulations and protects your information with strict confidentiality. We only share information with your written consent or when legally required for safety.
